Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number within 24–48 hours.

Standard delivery times:
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Middle East: 10–18 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Haven't received your tracking number yet? If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you have not received a tracking email, please check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us at official.veyond@gmail.com and we will look into it immediately.
Order taking longer than expected? International shipping can occasionally be delayed due to customs processing. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at official.veyond@gmail.com and we will resolve it for you right away.
